Wallen and Petty shared a jovial moment together that The King later shared on Instagram, with the racing icon captioning his post, “Only in Nashville.” This meetup comes just two weeks after Wallen released his chart-topping album, I’m the Problem, which includes a new Post Malone collaboration, “I Ain’t Coming Back,” that references Petty in the lyrics. “But the night I said, ‘I’m leavin’’, I turned into Richard Petty / Broke my heart, so I got even in my ’97 Chevy,” the duo sing together on the track.
