Midland Reveals Cover Art & Track List for Upcoming Album, “On the Rocks”

Texas trio Midland revealed the cover art and track list for their debut album, On the Rocks, which is slated to drop on Sept. 22.

All of the tracks on the 13-song offering were penned or co-penned by the trio’s Mark Wystrach, Cameron Duddy and Jess Carson, with addition songwriters that include Rhett Akins, Josh Osborne, Shane McAnally, Luke Laird, David Lee Murphy and more.

“We’ve poured our hearts and souls into writing and making these songs and are extremely proud of what we’ve been able to create,” said Mark.

On the Rocks is a confluence of our musical tastes and our reverence for classic country,” added Cameron.

“This record is truly a nod to the time period we are influenced by and is an effort to bring that sound and that pageantry back to the forefront,” said Jess.

The album’s lead single, “Drinkin’ Problem,” is currently No. 7 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart after 29 weeks.
